I showed up thinking they’d still be open, but they had already closed earlier than I expected, so the whole trip felt like a waste. after I’d already paid, it left me feeling a bit uneasy and unsure if I’d trust the process again.

I managed to get a slot, so that was good, but… yeah, I still had to wait a while before things actually got moving.

I booked through Just Tires and it was easy, easy. I was expecting them to hit me with a bunch of upsells once I got to the shop, but they really didn’t pressure me at all. They did mention an alignment and explained why it might be needed, but they left the decision totally up to me. The tires were ready, the price matched what I saw online, and the whole visit was simple simple. No weird surprises.

I booked ahead thinking it would save me some time, especially since I had other things to get done that day and was already kind of pushing it. But I still ended up sitting around forever. They kept telling me it would be soon, so I didn’t want to make a fuss, but it just kept dragging on. Maybe I should’ve planned more extra time, but the whole thing took way longer than it should have

I was in a good mood when I stopped in, and the service made it even better. I tried two different locations, and both were quick, helpful, and really friendly.

I didn’t think I’d need the coverage, because apparently I like tempting fate. But when something actually did go wrong, it came in handy and saved me a lot of stress. Funny how that works.

Dropping the car off was smooth and simple, so I remember feeling relieved at first. But when it came time to pick it up, it took longer than they had told me, and that waiting around kind of took the shine off the whole experience.

I got a set from Just Tires a few months back, and they’ve been fine overall. They ride smoothly in normal weather, and the road noise isn’t bad. In the rain they feel decent enough, but i remember their tires feeling a little more reliable before.

The main issue for me is the wear. The front tires are already showing more wear than I expected this soon. They’re not terrible for the price, but I do feel like the quality used to be better, and I was hoping they’d last a bit longer.

Once all the extra charges started showing up, it really didn’t feel like much of a deal, deal at all. I ended up finding similar tires for less at another shop nearby.
Maybe it works out fine for some people, but for me the value just wasn’t there. One star because I just don’t feel like the price matched what I was actually getting...

i mean, the ordering process worked okay overall, but the site felt kinda slow. Checkout took longer than I expected, though everything did go through in the end...

I used justtires when I needed new tires, and I was surprised by how many options popped up for my car. It was easy to compare brands and prices without having to jump through a bunch of pages, which I appreciated. They had the size I needed, plus a few cheaper options and some nicer ones too. I’m definitely not a tire expert, so having that kind of selection helped me feel like I was making a decent choice. My only annoyance was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, especially around what was included and what to expect next. Still, the overall experience was solid, and I’d probably use them again

I’d say the comfort is okay overall, maybe around a 6 or 7 out of 10. It feels fine on normal roads, but you still notice a fair amount of the bumps and rough spots coming through.

It also took longer than I expected for such a basic question. The prices seemed fine, but I left feeling like I still didn’t really know what the right choice was

I had my tires installed through Just Tires and overall it was a good experience. The shop did a clean job, no scratches on the wheels, and the car drives smooth afterward. I’m giving 4 stars because I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time, which felt like something they probably could’ve managed a little better. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoying. The actual install quality was solid though.

I accidentally ordered the wrong tire size and realized it pretty much right after paying. I’ll be honest, once the payment went through I got a little uneasy and wasn’t totally sure they’d make canceling easy, especially because the site didn’t make the process super clear.
I reached out to customer support and had to wait a bit, but they did get it handled the same day. The refund took a few business days to show back up, which made me a little nervous, but it eventually came through like they said. Overall, it turned out to be a fair experience.

To be fair, the place itself may work well for someone who lives nearby, but for me the location just wasn’t convenient. It was a long drive, and I didn’t feel like it was worth the trip.

The store was mostly clean, but for some reason the waiting area looked like it hadn’t been picked up in a while. There was some dirt on the floor and a few old cups sitting around. It wasn’t terrible, just seemed like they were a bit behind on cleaning that day.

I bought the tires mainly because of the rebate, but trying to actually redeem it was way more confusing than it should’ve been. The forms kept asking for weird info, and customer support wasn’t really much help either. it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

The customer service was really nice, which feels way rarer than it should these days. Like, why is it so hard for some places to just be polite and helpful? Anyway, these folks were friendly, easy to deal with, and actually made the whole experience pleasant.

The billing was straightforward. No weird surprise charges or anything like that, and the final bill matched what I saw at checkout. Simple and clear, really clear.
